Egg #3

Hello everybody,

I recently made over easy fried egg sandwich.

The process to make over easy/medium/hard eggs is very similar to sunny-side up, with one key difference. Similarly, you butter or oil the pan and crack the egg in. When making sunny-side up eggs, you must put a lid over the pan, so the steam can cook the top of the egg. However, when making over easy/medium/hard eggs, this is not necessary. Instead of using a lid, simply flip the eggs over in the pan with a spatula or other flipping device after the bottom is cooked through. Then depending on if you want a liquid or solid yolk, adjust time accordingly. I rate this 10/10.. it's basically the same as sunny side up.

WARNING:
Over easy eggs are extremely misleading on the outside. They look completely solid and cooked through, but the yolk is still runny, so you must BE CAREFUL when eating them. I failed to exercise caution and as a result, the egg yolk BUSTED ALL OVER MY HAND.

Egg #2

 Hello.

This morning I made scrambled eggs.

To make scrambled eggs, first heat the pan to medium heat. Whilst the pan is heating up, prepare your eggs. Crack the eggs into a preparation bowl. I like to add a splash of milk, some cheese, and whatever seasonings. Today I used salt, pepper, and red chili flakes. You must then add butter to the pan, not nonstick spray, as butter contributes positively towards the taste. When the butter has completely melted and spread out in the pan, pour the eggs in. Simply stir the eggs slowly, but constantly until they are completely solid.

I rate these eggs 9/10.

Egg #1

Hello everybody,

This morning I made sunny side up eggs and they turned out good enough.

To cook sunny side up eggs, heat up the pan, butter or oil it, crack the eggs in, and put a lid over it. The idea is the steam from the cooking process cooks the top of the egg whites before it cooks the egg yolk. You are left with liquid yolk and solid egg. Because I am impatient, after cracking the eggs in, I poured some water into the pan to facilitate the steam production, speeding up the cooking process.

You may be curious why there is a white film over the cooked egg yolk. I don't know, but it tastes the same. The eggs tasted very good. I rate them 10/10 -- this is probably my favorite way to cook eggs.
